Dr. Srinesh Balakrishnan is a registered General Practitioner in Singapore. He graduated from St. George’s University London (UK) in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery, and returned to obtain his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine in 2012.

Prior to joining Providence Clinic as a partner, Dr. Srinesh was a physician who had practiced in Changi Airport and in the Singapore Prisons Service. He is experienced in administering primary healthcare in unique contexts, adjusting his delivery of holistic medical care to suit patients of all backgrounds. Dr. Sri has worked in various disciplines in his earlier years including Paediatrics, General Medicine, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Anaesthesia, and Emergency Medicine. He is proficient in the initial management of ambulatory trauma, acute medical and surgical conditions and continues to serve as a locum physician and Co-Director of Ambulatory Care with the Emergency Department at the National University Hospital, Singapore.

Dr. Srinesh’s broad range of expertise include minor emergency, sports injuries, aesthetic dermatology and laser procedures. He has attained accreditations in Botox, Fillers, Chemical Peels and Laser from the Aesthetic Dermatology Education Group (ADEG). An ex-sportsman who is still an avid runner, Dr. Sri has a special interest in the treatment and management of sports injuries. 

Dr. Srinesh is married to Dr. Rashmi Yash Paul, a dentist in Private Practice (Winston OMP). They have three beautiful children who are their pride and joy and who have been instrumental in nurturing his abundantly patient nature.
